Good afternoon,
I would upgrade IREDMAIL. I read http://www.iredmail.org/docs/upgrade.ir … 0.9.5.html but it is not very clear for me the steps to follow.

Is there an automatic procedure to update ?

If I understand correctly it is necessary to manually update 3 components :
iRedAPD
iRedAdmin
Roundcube

It must also do all the manual modifications described in the tutorial ?

for example like : "[ Linux ] Fixed : not add ssh port number in Fail2ban config file ( jail.local )", "Fixed: Not perform banned file types checking on RHEL/CentOS/OpenBSD/FreeBSD", etc.

Thanks
Mark

Re: Upgrade iRedMail from 0.9.4 to 0.9.5

Hi,

I would buy iRedAdmin-Pro. Can I install it on 0.9.4 without upgrading to 0.9.5 ?

Because now the server is working well I fear that the update can cause problems .

Also because I made some manual changes on postfix  and I added fetchmail, I added nod32 antivirus, I added relay_host , sasl_passwd , sender_relay , I added sieve, etc

Thanks
Mark

Re: Upgrade iRedMail from 0.9.4 to 0.9.5

The latest iRedAdmin-Pro always relies on the latest iRedMail, so you cannot run the latest iRedAdmin-Pro with iRedMail-0.9.4, there will be some SQL/LDAP structure conflict.

I suggest you check our upgrade tutorial first, just check without actually applying it, then you should know whether or not it's easy to upgrade your iRedMail server.
