I had ordered a license back in 2014 (lifetime license) now I want to upgrade, but I lost access to the
original mail address. Therefor I don't get the email with download link. Please help

Sorry about this trouble. Could you please mail us the email of your PayPal account? so that we can mail you a new download link (i cannot find your email address "t.kroll@outlook" in our license database.

Did not received it yet. Did you sent it t.kroll@outlook.com? Because AS stated, I don't have access to the old one anymore...
