Topic: Can send mail but cant not receive

- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: CentOS 7
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MARIADB
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): APACHE

Hi,

We are a government organization in West Bengal, India.  We have our domain (thedpl.in) in Godaddy. We have installed Iredmail in a CentOS7 Server. We have configured the DNS in domain settings and are able to send the mails to outside domains. We are facing two issues:

1. We can not receive outside mails.
2. We can not send mails to GMAIL.

There is no error log for receiving the mail in /var/log/maillog

Moreover, we are interested in subscribing premium support services from your end. Please let us know the procedure and if possible please send us a financial proposal for this purpose.

Domain 'thedpl.in' doesn't have MX record, and the IP in A record of this domain (117.247.67.179) doesn't have PTR record. You must fix them first.

have done the modifications for MX records in our DNS Settings. Screentshot is attached.

Progressed a little further, now the the error log shows:

New problem, outgoing mails are going to spam in GMAIL whereas it is working fine in YAHOO. Researched about this and found out that domain key has to be configured properly. We generated domain key from a popular website for our domain(thedpl.in) and set the dkim in our domain setting. But still, the mails are going to span of GMAIL.
