Can I upgrade my iRedMail 0.4.2 to lastest 0.9.4? Is this simple process or hard?

What is the content in file /etc/iredmail-release?

strange... it's 0.9.2,
but on iredadmin panel (not pro) is info:

iRedAdmin    v0.4.2 (MySQL)
Update available: v0.5
