====

We are doing a migration from 0.9.1 --> 0.9.3, by setting up a new testing server, and has successfully imported all vmail/ folders, LDAP mail accounts from the old email server.

All the LDAP accounts are properly imported and can be seen in iRedAdmin-Pro correctly.
The Maildir paths in LDAP accounts also match the folder structures in /var/vmail.
We also rebooted the new testing server.

But for some reason, all the mailbox space quota field in iRedAdmin-Pro are showing 0%, as attached image.
Any clues or logs we should check?

Thanks.

*) Migrating mailboxes via direct copy (e.g. 'cp', 'scp', 'rsync') won't trigger Dovecot to update mailbox quota info.
*) If you try to send or delete an email from mailbox, Dovecot will update the mailbox quota info, then you will see the real-time mailbox quota info in iRedAdmin-Pro.

Also, you can force Dovecot to recalculate mailbox quota by following our tutorial below:
http://www.iredmail.org/docs/recalculat … quota.html

Re: Mailbox space quota field remains 0% in iRedAdmin-Pro GUI

Thanks for the super-fast reply! That's the secret ingredient!

We did manually copy our vmail folder to the new server via rsync; after issuing the following command, the correct quota for each user's mailbox is now showing up properly:

# doveadm quota recalc -A

This is the instruction page we followed:
http://www.iredmail.org/docs/migrate.to … erver.html

It will be also helpful to mention this dovecot manual update step in the instruction above.
