hello
i try to access global address book over ldaps with thundirbird
i follow this howTo

and search here from same issues?

it is ok to get address book (offline ) with ldap but it is not with check use ssl and 636 port sad
nothing appears in log like syslog auth.log or sogo.log...

*) Is OpenLDAP listening on port 636?
*) Is port 636 accessible from external network? check your firewall please.
*) If no clue with above 2 steps, please turn on debug mode in OpenLDAP, then try to access global address book again, did you see any related log in OpenLDAP log file?
