Topic: Special character in password makes login impossible

- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): LDAP

- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? No

Hallo,

we've discovered a bug. If a user uses a password which contains the german letter "ß" it is not possible for him to login. Is there a workaround?

Unfortunately, with current iRedAdmin, non-ascii characters in password is not supported. You have to use ascii characters.

Would be cool if the support of the extended ASCII Codes (ß and others) would be implemented.
