Hi, we have deleted a few mailboxes (80) who should free up around 8 GB of space on the server, but as fra as we see, the users mail directory and the files are still on the server. Do the server run some kind of "housekepping"?

Re: Deleted mailboxes - used space not reduced

iRedAdmin-Pro doesn't remove mailboxes, it simply log the maildir path of deleted mail user in SQL database, you should remove it manually.

Because some countries require company to keep data after employee left. I will try to improve this by leaving some options to domain admin while deleting mail users. e.g. delete mailbox immediately, keep mailbox for 1 week/month/... (and delete them with cron job).

Is it a way to list the mailboxes that have been "marked" for deletion?

Re: Deleted mailboxes - used space not reduced

it's stored in SQL table 'vmail.deleted_mailboxes`.
