Topic: iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP-1.5.0 - internal server error

Hi

I just upgraded to iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP-1.5.0, all works fine except when I click on "Throttling", then I get "internal server error".

iRedAdmin-Pro runs on Ubuntu 10.04

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Re: iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP-1.5.0 - internal server error

Apache error log file on Ubuntu 10.04 is /var/log/apache2/error.log, there should be some log related to this error.
If you can't find related error log in error.log, here's another way:

- Open  config file of iRedAdmin-Pro, it must be /usr/share/apache2/iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP-1.5.0/settings.ini on Ubuntu.
- Change below settings in config section "[general]":

[general]
webmaster = user@domain.ltd

mail_error_to_webmaster = True

Set correct email address in "webmaster =", and change "mail_error_to_webmaster =" to True.

- Restart Apache web server to load new config:

# /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

After config changed, all errors of "internal server error" will be mailed to your email address.
Then forward the mail with error log to me to help solve this issue.

Re: iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP-1.5.0 - internal server error

It's clear now:

super(Connection, self).__init__(*args, **kwargs2)
OperationalError: (1045, "Access denied for user 'policyd'@'localhost'
(using password: YES)")

You don't have correct password of MySQL user "policyd" in config file of iRedAdmin-Pro.

[policyd]
passwd =

Hm, doesn't look that I even have that user in mySql, nor the database.. did I miss something in the upgrade tutorial?

Users:
root
debian-sys-maint
postfix-policyd
roundcube
iredadmin

Databases:
information_schema
iredadmin
mysql
postfixpolicyd
roundcubemail

You should change config file of iRedAdmin-Pro, like below:

[policyd]
...
db = postfixpolicyd
user = postfix-policyd
