Topic: SMTP relay - send from anywhere any IP subnet?

Hello.

I have configured my outlook with iRedMail 0.7.0 SMTP server and can send mails from any network.
SMTP should be restricted only by postfix "mynetworks" IP-s and Subnets. So my mailserver can send mails out only from specified IPs.

Right now my smtp is configured with iRedMail SMTP and i can send mails out anywhere, any ISP etc.

How this can be restricted?

mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8
So none exept localhost should send mail via SMTP....but i can send anywhere.

How about restrict smtp service with firewall rules? E.g. iptables

Hey.
It is good idea to restrict senders by firewall so postfix would not process illegal ones. I will try that.
Thank you.
