Do you have correct maildir path for your user 'xxx@xxx.com' in LDAP?

I upgraded to 1.4 follow your instruction.

You can view profile of this user with iRedAdmin-Pro, like this:
https://your_server.com/iredadmin/profi … xx@xxx.com

And you will see a link "Export account to LDIF", click it and it will show you the whole LDIF data of this user. Maildir path is "storageBaseDirectory" + "mailMessageStore". for example:

storageBaseDirectory: /var/vmail
mailMessageStore: vmail1/123.com/u/m/a/umashanker-2011.02.05.10.18.19/

Re: Help! after upgraded to iRedAdmin-Pro-1.4

Dovecot will use per-user HOME variable to create temp files.

Can you please paste /etc/dovecot-ldap.conf here? REMOVE/HIDE bind dn/password before posting please.
