Topic: [solved] Mail client don't connect to iRedOS

Hi,

First of all, congratulations for this great solution. smile

Now i need a little help people. I installed the iRedOS (iRedOS-0.6.0-CentOS-5.5-i386.iso) and everything runs fine, but i can't configure my mail client to log with any account i created with postfixadmin.
I tried Thunderbird (v3.1.7) and Outlook Express 6, but everytime i configure the account, the client returns a message saying that username/password are wrong, but i checked both and they are ok.

Any ideas to solve this?

Please use full email address as username.

I'm doing that.. the only difference is that i'm using with @IP not the domain, because i'm testing on a internal server.

Instead of name@domain.com, is name@IP.

@IP doesn't work, please use @domain instead. it works in internal network.

Thanks, problem solved!

I added the information on \windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and worked with domain.
