Topic: managesieve

Hi, please correct me if I´m wrong:

Sieve (mail filter - managesieve) stores its per user settings (Squirrelmail PlugIn) in a file which is in the users maildir. Is it possible to save this setting in a sql table? Don´t want to install Apache or Webmail on a dedicated mailserver.

Re: managesieve

You can find sieve plugin for thunderbird, but not sure what for outlook and other MUA.

It's not possible to store sieve rules in sql database. If you need this feature, please consider requesting it in dovecot mail list.
