Topic: Internal Server Error

Hi,

I'm getting an Internal server error when trying to view mail body and headers on Quarantine page. Sometimes I can display body and header once but if I try to view body and header on 2nd email same internal server error.

I have attached a screenshot to show you the page I mean.

I have tried this in Chrome and also Firefox but same result...   

Any one else experienced this?

Hi Zhang,

This error is most annoying as I'm not able to view the body/header to find out reason for quarantine.

I have tried in Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers...  all generate the "Internal Server Error" message.

If you are not able to resolve this issue - then please provide a temp alternative way to view this info.

This issue remains and is most annoying.
Do you have any plans to fix this?

how about backup data and reinstall with nginx
I am using nginx and all is fine

Please try to upgrade to iRedMail-0.9.7 and the latest iRedAdmin-Pro, should be fixed in the latest iRedAdmin-Pro.

i trying  install iRedMail-0.9.7 and iRedAdmin-Pro-LDAP-3.0, and i get same issue

Any related error in Apache or uwsgi log file?

I am still getting this error even with latest versions of iRedAdmin-Pro.
