Topic: Cannot send email after applying certiticate

- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): openLDAP, MySQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? iRedAdmin-Pro
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue.

After applying LetsEncrypt SSL Certificate, users who using mail client (such as Apple mail, Outlook) and using webmail such as Roundcube cannot send email (email retain in outbox folder); and got replied with message: 454 4.7.0 TLS not available due to local problem

Please advise how to solve this issue.
