i want to synchronize mobile contacts directly server . its is possible to synchronize mobile contact directly ,if its possible then how can i do it .

Yes, please choose to install SOGo groupware during iRedMail installation, then you're good to go.

i try this and work fine but problem is mobile contact not sync, directly if i am create new contact under exchange mail group then it work good but other contact not sync directly any HELP !

If the contacts are stored in your phone's address book BEFORE you setup mail accounts (ActiveSync or CardDAV protocol), the it will not be synced.

You may consider copy the contacts from local address book to mail account.
