Good night from CR!
I have an issue in the external entry mail service, ONLY IN EXTERNAL ENTRY, sending mail works ok but receiving not work. Actually I can access  from INTERNET to the mail page, all port described in help page are open in my router. I have some problems with the SSL Certificate but I can live in "Untrusted live" with it, I have a DNS . I probe sending mails from Outlook -> iRedMail.

I need a life guard.

If you sent an email from external mail account (e.g. gmail, outlook.com, hotmail, etc), the sender's mailbox should receive a bounce message which explains why the sender server cannot deliver email to your own mail server. Did you get the bounce message?

And, any related log in Postfix log file on your server? If no log at all, check the (A/MX) DNS records of your mail domain name first.
