Topic: Has the price of support gone up?

Hi

I used support services a few months ago and was completely happy with the quality and the service

Just confirming if the price of support has gone up within the last 6 months or so

Yes we increased the fee of support ticket about 1 week ago.

The new price ($99 per ticket) is based on our experience of tech support in last few years, we think it's fair based on the work we did and the time spent.
