- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySQL
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? iRedAdmin Free
- [IMPORTANT] Related original log or error message is required if you're experiencing an issue.

Hello everyone!
I am facing the error below when I am trying to create a new e-mail account using the iRedAdmin Panel.

Mail address already exists, please choose another one.

But the users does not exists. How can I procced?

iRedMail    v0.9.2
iRedAdmin    v0.8 (MySQL)

Do you have any per-user alias address?

Maybe do some SQL queries with sql command line tool to verify it.
