Hello, it takes about 10 to 20 minutes to receive an email, what could be the problem and how to solve this.. Especially email coming from other providers like gmail, yahoo

Have you looked at the documentation on greylisting. By default this is enabled to help fight against spammers. Also search this forum for greylisting for solutions and guidance.

if you just want to bypass greylisting service for few domains, whitelist them for greylisting service with script "spf_to_greylist_whitelists.py" (mentioned in above tutorial)
