- Web server (Apache or Nginx): nginx
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro? no

You're running iRedMail-0.8.4?

*) Please download the latest iRedAdmin open source edition (or iRedAdmin-Pro - if you own a license): http://www.iredmail.org/yum/misc/
*) uncompress it
*) copy existing iRedAdmin config file to new iRedAdmin directory
*) run script 'tools/cleanup_amavisd_db.py' to clean up old Amavisd sql records

Notes:

*) you don't need to upgrade iRedAdmin, just uncompress it and run the 'cleanup_amavisd_db.py' script there.
*) Please download the latest iRedAdmin release. Script 'cleanup_amavisd_db.py' shipped by old iRedAdmin release has performance issue.
