how can I get the log file,

please note that all addresses are internal no external users,

If you run 'mailq' or 'postqueue -p', you will see info of mails in queue, including errors. What's the error message?

We need the error message in the output of command 'mailq' or 'postqueue -p'.
We cannot help without related error or log.

Check all output, not just the last few lines.

We cannot help without related log.
