Hi,

I want to install openchange for my iredmail server, but theres not very much to read about it here.

Is this still the way to do it?

Setup iRedMail with OpenLDAP backend.
Change OpenLDAP listening port from 389 to another one (e.g. 3890), so that Samba4 LDAP can use 389. Restart OpenLDAP.
Setup Samba4+OpenChange.
Update iRedAdmin config file to connect to OpenLDAP through port 3890.
Sync OpenLDAP <-> Samba4 with cron job (and improved iRedAdmin-Pro).

Re: Openchange - sogo

Seems you didn't read full discussion in the link: That's is just a discussion, not an implementation or a working solution.

We have no plan to support OpenChange.

Re: Openchange - sogo

I've read it, but even if it's just a suggestion, maybe it's a working one?

Or would you absolutely not recommend trying it?

Re: Openchange - sogo

We have no plan to support openchange. So it might be better to ask in openchange or SOGo mailing list. Sorry.
