- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Ubuntu 16.04
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): MySql
- Web server (Apache or Nginx): Apache
- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro?
- Related log if you're reporting an issue:

Is it possible to get a install-script with the optional installation of amaris, clamav and spamassassin? I don't need it because I use iRedMail in a complete closed topology.

No. But you can completely disable them by following this tutorial:
