Hi,

I enabled regulation send mail per domain and per user, but it's doesn't works.

What do i do ?

Could you please turn on debug mode in iRedAPD first, then snd testing email from/to this user to trigger this issue? Extract related log from iRedAPD log file (/var/log/iredapd/iredapd.log) and paste here.
