gmail.com forwards the mail to the inner box info@domain.com, and writing is going very, very long time, can go from 30 minutes to an hour!

please provide respective maillog (/var/log/maillog). Extract specific lines when you receive email to better understand your issue.

iRedMail has greylisting service enabled by default, please check Postfix log file to understand whether it's caused by greylisting service. If yes, you may want to whitelist Gmail servers for greylisting service with command below:

cd /opt/iredapd/tools/
python spf_to_whitelist_domains.py --submit gmail.com
