Topic: Logging on recieved emails

I got this strange problem about a client that does not recieve some emails.

Know i would like to know is there a logging where you can see if there is any trace about this mail.

If the email address is deleted by user, can i see that in the logging also ?

I did a mail server test on mxtoolbox.com and all test are passed. (except reverse dns and smtp banner check)

Greylisting is turned off

can you help me because it's hard to find the cause of the problem.

Re: Logging on recieved emails

With default iRedMail settings, Amavisd will log basic info of in/out emails, including sender/recipient, subject, mail size, etc (no mail headers and body).

With iRedAdmin-Pro, you can view the in/out mail log directly. Screenshot attached:

yes i know, but this log goes 2 days back.

I need to have information about 2 september.

(That is an email i send to my customer, she claims that she never recieved this.)

If i can not find an email there is there somewhere else i can look ?
