Topic: Sogo Active Sync has stopped working .. troubleshooting tips?

- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro?

iRedMail 0.9.5-1
Ubuntu 16.04.1
MySQL (MariaDB)
Nginx

I installed a couple of weeks ago using the iRedMail package, it was working until last week. I created an image (we reboots the server) I expect it's since then it stopped working.

Can access SoGo webmail, mta and mx all working as normal.

any advise welcome.

Any error in /var/log/sogo/sogo.log?

Annoyingly, it seems to be working for 1 mailbox, and not another.

When I try to fetch on the failing box, i see this in logs.

Which version of SOGo are you running? Does upgrading the latest release fix this issue?

just wanted to let you know that this was fixed by removing the mailbox from iPhone and re-adding neutral
