Topic: Sogo -ActiveSync EAS

Hello,

I installed SOGO 3.1.4 on a Ubuntu TLS 16.04, with dovecot and postfix.
When activating ActiveSync, I uncommented the following lines:

ProxyPass /Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync \
    http://127.0.0.1:20000/SOGo/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync \
    retry=60 connectiontimeout=5 timeout=3600

I encountered a connection failure with outlook 2013 and 2016 :
It says that the server doesn't exist. And when browsing "http://<server-ip>/SOGo/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync", the following error appears in the logs :

<0x0x562af992db60[SOGoActiveSyncDispatcher]> EAS - Forbidden access for user (null)
Jul 18 11:49:13 sogod [1468]: |SOGo| request took 0.000506 seconds to execute
Jul 18 11:49:13 sogod [1468]: 192.168.10.14 "GET /SOGo/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync HTTP/1.1" 403 0/0 0.001 - - 0

Can you please help me overcome this problem ?

Best regards.

*) The ActiveSync must be accessed via https://, not http://.
*) The URL should be 'https://<server>/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync', when you visit this url in web browser directly, it will ask you to input username and password, type your email address and password for testing.

Did your upgrade go though smoothly. I'm running SOgo on CentOS 6, and I've noticed the public repos for sogo 3 will no longer be made available. Did you have to upgrade from source?

You can switch to official nightly build or third-party repo by following this tutorial:
