Is there possibility setup in iRedAdmin account,
where user can receive e-mails but forbid send?

With iRedAdmin-Pro, you can go to user profile page, then control the enabled service under tab "Advanced".

Ok, I know about this. But in e-mail client like MS Outlook he asked everytime about password, when I what do anything. What I have to change in Outlook ?

Outlook should have option to remember the password.
