Hi Mr. Zhang Huangbin, I just installed the new version but, ¿why is so slow send and receive external mails? these mails sometimes take 5 to 30 minutes to delivered

Maybe greylist works?
Check mail.log ..
There can be a record as:

As @zh mentioned, it's caused by greylisting service. For more details, check this tutorial:
