What kind of technical issue requires switching from secure connection (https) to insecure connection (http)? I think you're working on the wrong direction.

the issue is that I have to address this domain> https://mydomain.com.mx/ to another page hosted elsewhere, but does not answer me http://mydomain.com.mx
that's why we need to change the https to http, help please !!!!

I don't get it. You can create a html page to redirect https://<domain> on your server to another page hosted elsewhere. Switching from https to http doesn't help in this case, IMO.
