Hello everyone,

We've setup a new iredMail installation. The solution is working great, and we're migrating now mails from an old vpopmail/dovecot server;

And for now we would like to monitor, a health check, of mail services.
Or monitorig solution is Centreon, based on Nagios.

Is there some clues in order to monitor iRedMail ?

I would like to have :
- Queue
- Send/receive mails
- Test a send/receive email
- Check services with protocols impa, pop3, smtp

Do you have any idea how to achieve this ?

Thganks so much to you,

Regards

Nagios should have plugins for those tasks. smile

Re: iRedAdmin - Monitoring

Queue &  Send/receive mails are reported in the daily logwatch cron which is emailed to the postmaster account, I just forward these reports to our alerts inbox for daily review. logwatch can also be tailored to output anything that can be found in a log file.

I'm not sure about Centreon / Nagios (maybe this might help https://www.nagios.com/solutions/postfix-monitoring/  in the next few weeks I'll be settings up a zabbix server for additional monitoring and reactive capabilities.

Good luck!
