is it possible to give NO Global Administrator to assign rights for add Domains?

Why no right to add domain? isn't global admin supposed to manage all data? Perhaps you need a normal domain admin?

Yes, i need add Domains for normal Admins.

Oops, i misunderstood your request. So you want to allow normal domain admin to create new domains.

This feature was asked for few times, I will try to implement this in future release. Thanks for your feedback.
