recently roundcube migrate the server to version sogo and I'm having a lot of problems with mails they had attach and now only have as attach the winmail.dat file, no way to solve the problem?

Could you please explain the issue with more details? and show us how to reproduce the issue.
it's not very clear what the issue is.

I had the server roundcube with my accounts and their respective e-mails, to migrate to sogo when I see the mails in the mail migrated accounts no longer have attach files the attach it is to attach the file winmail.dat

Which version of SOGo are you running?

Seems a bug of SOGo, but fixed in the latest version.
