Hello. I Use our mail server for a long time but the leadership has set a target to add automatically  disclaimer to outgoing emails. I looked all that is found: http://www.iredmail.org/docs/sign.disclaimer.html,  https://www.howtoforge.com/add-disclaim … ebian-etch there is still something. I do not understand how in the disclaimer substitute user name and telephone number of the LDAP  ACTIVE DIRECTORY.

Re: Disclaimer with the user name and a telephone in the outgoing email

iRedMail uses Amavisd + AlterMIME to insert disclaimer, but it's not very flexible, it doesn't support pulling info from LDAP/SQL.

Instead of doing it on server-side, people usually add disclaimer with their mail client applications. So your requirement can be accomplished by asking all employees to set proper disclaimer with their mail client applications.
