I've changed the password of the MySQL users and found most of the password in the config files.
There is just one I can not find and don't know what service/demon it's been using.

Which service/demon is using the "RCM_DB_PASSWD" that's listed in the config file?

RCM stands for Roundcube Webmail, RCM_DB_PASSWD is password for SQL user 'roundcube'.
On RHEL/CentOS, it's used in /var/www/roundcubemail/config/config.inc.php.
