Topic: PG socket is not created if locale ru

- iRedMail version (check /etc/iredmail-release): 0.9.5-1
- Linux/BSD distribution name and version: Deb 8.4
- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL): pgsql

Hello.
First of all sorry my english.
Pg socket is not created if locale RU.
But simple install PG all is ok.
I think problem is about start\restart service and init db after install.
I could not find the error yourself.
On locale EN all is ok.

iRedMail defines 'LC_ALL=C' in file 'iRedMail-0.9.5-1/conf/global', so during iRedMail installation, it should be EN locale.

2. the psql: could not connect to the server: No such file or directory
It really works locally and receives
Connection via domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?

Seems PostgreSQL service was not running during iRedMail installation, this causes installation failure.
The sad part is i cannot reproduce this issue, i cannot figure it out with local testing.

Question: Was this a fresh server before installing iRedMail?

Any error in PostgreSQL log file? It should be in user "postgres"s HOME directory, or /var/log/.

is it possible for you to reinstall server OS and install iRedMail again? Let's see whether or not it's a temporary issue, or a bug in iRedMail.

Is it possible to let me try to install iRedMail on this server for testing? It must be a fresh server.
Once we figure out what the problem is, you can install it yourself with your domain names, etc.
