Hi

I've users which downloads mail via pop3 and have setted up the mail client that keep mails on the server for 30 days.
The problem is that every night alla the mailboxes sems to be wiped and so they can mantain the "cache" of 30 days online.
Is it a know feature or a bug ?

Could be something related to cleanup_amavids.py ?

i think your clients (or client programms such outlook or thunderbird) are deleting this messages. (since its pop3)

amavisd has nothing todo with this (directly).
Are you sure your clients are configured properly ? (dont delete mail on server after receiving)

Script 'tools/cleanup_amavisd_db.py' shipped in iRedAdmin doesn't touch mail messages, it just cleans up some old sql records in Amavisd sql database.
