Good Morning!
I have a user using incredimail, but sometimes when he sends an e-mail, returns a message "INVALID HEADER: FOLDED HEADER FIELD LINE MADE UP OF Entirely whitespace".
I have to put this user in a whitelist so that the amavis not check the headers of this particular user?
Thank you

As a temporary solution, you can whitelist this user to avoid this issue.

This is an error caused by mail client application (the one your user used to compose/generate email), it doesn't correctly compose/encode mail headers. You should ask your user to report this issue to the software vendor.

If you want to whitelist this user globally (server-wide), you can login to iRedAdmin-Pro as global admin, then add it to: Add -> Whitelists & Blacklists.

Re: Whitelist user to sendmail

Oh, i misunderstood your first post. Your hosted user sent email with bad header, i though he's the external user (like Gmail/Hotmail/...).

For this purpose, you can bypass header checking for this user with iRedAdmin-Pro:

*) Login to iRedAdmin-Pro
*) Go to user profile page of this user
*) Click "Spam Policy" tab, then uncheck the option "Enable bad-header checking".

This way Amavisd won't check bad-header for this user.

Problem solved.
