Topic: Unable to access license page

I'm unable to access the license page to do an upgrade from 2.2 -> 2.3

I understand from other posts this is a known issue and there's a patch available - please could you also email it to me.

Sorry about this trouble. Could you please contact us and telling us your license owner/id? i cannot find your forum email address in our license database.
