This tutorial only describes apache, how do I install iRedAdmin-PRO on a fresh system with Nginx?

I excluded iRedAdmin in the setup.

Try this:

If you still have file 'runtime/install.status' under iRedMail-0.9.4 directory, you can set 'USE_IREDADMIN=YES' in iRedMail-0.9.4/config, then ru-run iRedMail installer. It will install and configure iRedAdmin open source for you, then you can upgrade iRedAdmin-Pro by following our tutorial here:
