====

I've create a domain.com and set domain admin.
When domain.com admin manage quarantine email select 1 or more spam emails and "Delete selected, and blacklist sender domain(s) and all sub-domains" then this spam mail(from @spam-domain.com) go not to domain.com white/black list, @spam-domain.com go to global white/black list for ALL domains in this mail server.

It's mean that any domain admin can blacklist(for exmaple @gmail.com) and all users can't recieved mail from @gmail.com

What I do wrong or this is a bug?
