Topic: Outlook not sync folder

When I create managesieve rule that mail from specific user move to folder for example SERVER, I cann't sync that folder throw Outlook (pop3). Using IMAP evrything works fine. My config for protocol pop3 in dovecot.conf is:
protocol pop3 {
    mail_plugins = quota autocreate
    pop3_client_workarounds = outlook-no-nuls oe-ns-eoh
    pop3_uidl_format = %08Xu%08Xv
}
Dovecot version is 2.0.13.
Do I need to put some more settings in dovecot.conf or ... What I need to do that Outlook can receive messages from this folder?

*) Is it possible/acceptable to re-setup this account in Outlook? so that it will try to sync all folders.
*) Does Outlook offer a setting to re-fresh/re-sync mail folders?
