Hi @ll,

Today I have some problem in few users with mails.
They have error in e-email client, and I can't log in Roundcube on his account.
I have error: problem with connection or something similiar.

In mail.log I find something like this:

What's that mean, and where is the problem?

*) Is Dovecot service running?
*) Did you use correct email address (as login username) and password?
*) What's the related log in Dovecot log file?

Where can I check does Dovecot service running and where dovecot log is?

*) You can check whether port 110, 143, 993, 995, 4190 are open with command: netstat -ntlp
