- Store mail accounts in which backend (LDAP/MySQL/PGSQL):

- Manage mail accounts with iRedAdmin-Pro?

This 2 servers will be on 2  public ips.

These 2 servers should have the same FQDN?

We have a situation when our emails are rejected if we don't have a valid ptr record,
it's ok for 2  servers to have the same ptr record?

No need to have the same FQDN. Just update SPF DNS record to list both servers are allowed.

PTR records for SPF?

SPF doesn't use PTR record. Please read our tutorial to setup SPF record:

Ok but the questio was: it's ok for 2  servers to have the same ptr record?

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx has mail.company.ro
yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy has mail.company.ro


Where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy are public ips.

Does mysql root user perform any writes to any iredmail databases (  besides the installation proces)?
