Topic: IMAP Failing

Version 0.9.2

When I try to connect to mail server from thunderbird I get error that settings of mail server could not be found.
When I try to use roundcube I get Connecting to IMAP failed.

EDIT: It works with iRedMail SSL, but doesnt with mine.

Did you follow our tutorial to configure Thunderbird?

Also:

*) any error in Dovecot and web server log files?
*) Do you have correct A/MX DNS records for this mail domain name?
*) Show us how you configure Thunderbird.
