Is there a way to set up an email distribution list?  In other words, one email address that will send to several.

You see the 'Add...' button?

By the way, managing mail alias accounts and mailing list accounts are available in iRedAdmin-Pro, not iRedAdmin open source edition.

I'm not sure what I'm missing... it's not under the 'Add' button, and I am using iRedAdmin-Pro... Here's a screenshot of my 'Add' button:

Menu: 'Add... -> Alias'.
