Hi

I'm having a problem with new users in iRedmail. When I installed iRedmail I configured 2 users and it's all okey with them but now I added one user more and their emails are tagged as spam in Hotmail and Gmail and I don't know where is the problem.

Why is happening this?

Thanks in advance!!!

Do you have proper DNS records for this mail domain name? including A, MX, SPF, DKIM, PTR.

Yep, also all users are in the same domain. For example:

user1@mydomain.com -> All Ok
user2@mydomain.com -> Mails listed as spam

I don't know why this happens, the configuration and mail headers should be the same...

No idea yet. sorry. Did you send any spam like marketing message with this new account?

Nope. Just only a few emails to check the account.

No idea at all. you can try to send some more emails, and wait for some days.
