Is working and configured mail server iredmail + roundcube
I want to upgrade to the pro version. Tell me, I have to do it over? lost already created users? letters?
Or the update will take place without consequences?

No, it's a rather simple way to upgrade.
Change symlinks to the pro edition folder and add a few tables to the Database.
